      this company has people working for them as customer service **** on ******** and are horrible. they overstep their authority. I see by the rating of F that I am not the only victim of how they handle situations. olight *** is on a power hungry trip. the olight manager for the **** just ignores you when corporate ask her to intervene.

      Olight is spectacular! Their warranty is top notch as is their product quality and customer service! I am an absolute evangelst!

      I was so impressed with not only my S2R Baton II, but also with the customer service I received from *****. She did her absolute best to make sure I was satisfied. Although there was some back and forth and I was originally sent a wrong battery. The problem was resolved in a timely manner and prompt responses with a positive attitude were held. The light ended up being completely replaced and should be delivered today. This is some of the best customer service I've received from a far. I love the light itself as has been great for the duty I need it for. It's critical for my work and convenient. So I really appreciate the timely response to this matter. I feel too many people are quick to file complaints, when complaints are due. Love the product and *****'s customer service, as well as whatever team she has behind her.
