      We had Integrity Restoration and Remodeling come out for a bathroom leak that did considerable damage. I was impressed with the timeliness and cleanliness for the demolition process. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks ***** and ****. There were others to that contributed to this good review.

      I highly recommend Integrity Restoration! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. After experiencing water damage in our basement, they came in quickly, assessed the situation, and provided clear solutions. Their communication was excellent and I feel confident in the quality of their work. ****** Leo, ***** ***** ******* and ***** were all friendly, knowledgeable and overall great to work with!

      I went into their office and told them about my issues. They sent out an inspector (********). She immediately spotted leaks from the roof and window area; the leaks had happened over time. This water damage looked to be covered up by one of the previous owners of the home. I told ******** I have **** for insurance, so she mentioned Integrity Restoration is one of ***** contractors. ******** and ***** (Project Manager - great guy!) planned everything and even called my insurance adjuster and got the ball rolling. The first techs that came out for the cleanup did a GREAT JOB! What I loved most is they took their time to make sure the area was dry and cleaned properly - no rush-job.******** then got a roofing company to come out and fix the leakThe claim itself did not cover the roof leak, so they were able to do a temporary fix (should last a few yrs) and quoted me the price on that - very affordable. I really appreciate their help on that.The flooring services came and took measurements of the home - they had to replace the entire wood floor due to the type of hardwood.The moving service came to take photos of every piece of furniture and anything that was on the hardwood floors, so they could put everything back in their place exactly how we had it - nice. Movers came out, packed and removed all furniture and anything that was on the hardwood floor.The flooring techs came out and removed the old flooring and replaced it with the new; finished up in a few days - ahead of schedule. They did a great job - made the house look like a brand new home!The movers brought the furniture back in and sure enough, they placed every piece of furniture as it was and every **** ***** back on and inside the desks, shelves, and furniture as we had it - it was like no one had ever moved anything! Start to finish, Integrity Restoration did an outstanding job! I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

      This is my second time using Integrity for my water-damage needs, and I can tell you after both experiences that there is nobody else to call! They worked great with my insurance company to put things back to the way they were before at a fair price. Highly recommended!!

      I was in need of restoration services from a small electrical fire. ***** from Integrity Restoration provided a very professional and quick response. ***** has an entire library of knowledge of what needs to be done, what needs to be done according to codes and how to wisely spend your money on the restoration planning and implementation. ***** from integrity showed up for the restoration and likewise was very professional and knowledgeable on providing the correct care. My house was pretty much spotless when he was finished. I highly recommend ***** and ***** from Integrity Restoration.

      Integrity was great to deal with. I had water damage to my house and they were on top of things. They were here quickly and helped me out with the insurance claim process. They provided very detailed quotes and did a great job upgrading and remodeling my damaged bathroom. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need. The dry out process was very top notch.

      I had the pleasure of working with Integrity Restoration when I had to file an insurance claim. Not only were ***** and his team very knowledgeable, but they also helped me through the entire process. Kaden and the contractors *************** were great when it came time to putting my home back together after a massive water leak. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

      *********************** did a great job of leading the rehab project of my property. It was an extensive job that required work over many months. There was also an insurance company involved and ******* team has a lot of experience in working those so that useful as well. Overall he is a great communicator and went above what was required to ensure the house looks great once its complete. His team also timely followed up to complete the punch list after the final walk through.Prior to the rehab, *********************** did an excellent job with the water and fire remediation work and the client service was experience. There was lots of paper work and images required and ***** did a great job of documenting all the work and providing it in a timely manner to the concerned parties.Overall, both ***** and ***** are true professionals and I highly recommend them for ******************* and remediation services in and around the Atlanta metropolitan area
