  I found them on IG and all the reviews were good. I found out later (after commenting twice) that this is because they delete bad reviews!They were supposed to start the work on a Tuesday and the guys were supposed to just come to drop of the new wood so it could get used to the temp of the house. ****** said you don't have to pay a cent until the work is complete and until you're happy with the work. They no-showed and called it a "family emergency," but said they would come the next day. They dropped the wood off the next day and told me it would take 2 days to finish the job. This is important because I had scheduled carpet ppl and movers to come FOUR days later. They ended up taking 3 days to finish. On the 3rd day, ****** messages me multiple times asking for all cash THAT DAY. I was in the process of moving and wasn't going to be at the house to see the completed work. I asked for pictures - he didn't respond to that. I ended up ********* 1/2 the money and saying I'd send the other half when it was finished. Got home and the work was NOT DONE. The stairs were completely unfinished, and the hardwood was a completely different color from one room to the next. They came back out to fix it and instead messed up my completely ruined my stairs and somehow ended up causing water to leak THROUGH THE BASEMENT CEILING by running so much water to try and over-caulk the stair risers to try and repair the damage they'd done. The stairs still are not repaired.

  On Sunday July 30 I sent an email request for a quote from JD Flooring Installation Services *** to refinish my wood floors. Associate ******************* responded quickly. He and I communicated via email on Sun 07/30, Mon 07/31, Tues 08/01 and Weds 08/02 (I can provide the email). We set a time for 6:30 PM Weds 08/02 for ******************* to come by and provide a quote. ****** ****** was a NO SHOW. I did not get any communication as to why he did NOT SHOW UP.

  ************* surpassed expectations. They brought their entire crew and updated nearly **** square feet of flooring in one day, wow! I will be upgrading my upstairs with JD Flooring maybe this year but at least next year! Would highly recommend JD Flooring!

  ****** is a great representation of what professionalism represents. From day one he has been about his business, he has a vibe about him/ great spirit. Him and his team did a excellent job, worked as a team and finished the job the same day. I most definitely will use this company again and absolutely would recommend them to anyone and everyone

  I looked at 4 different flooring companies and JD Flooring Installation ServicesATL was the best. It was the only company that offered a digital sample of what the flooring would look like after the job was done. It helped me so much to make the final decision and to choose this company. All my interactions with them were characterized by professionally and kindness. I am happy to have worked with them because I felt they were ready to do anything to accommodate what I needed.

  ****** and his crew did a great job refinishing my hardwood floor. Took only 2 days for the whole process . ****** was quick to address my concerns to make sure I was happy at the end of it all. Great job JD Flooring .

  ******, *****, and their crew did a wonderful job! ****** was very professional and knowledgable, and answered all our questions/concerns, which made us feel relieved about our choice to go with them. The price we were quoted was also very competitive and fair. ***** was very professional and punctual. He helped us choose our stain, and even put in an extra top coat when the smoothness was not to our liking. Overall it was a very positive experience and I'd highly recommend them!
