    I order a corner cabinet trough Amazon the item was very cheap, missing parts, very un even, so I called Amazon to report the problem I was told to throw it away and that they would refund me, I never got the refund so I called them and they told me that they had contact the seller and that the seller needed pictures of the item, how was I supposed to send pictures when they told me to throw it away. All Im asking is to get my refund

    I purchased a furniture set I never even opened the package. I was charge 173 to send it back in April. 3 weeks later no return Amazon told me to call my bank and dispute the transaction. I talk to representative they stated they refunded money back to my account on May 3, 2024 I called my bank about the claim the bank has no record of ****** begin credited to my account. I have left messages after messages calling Amazon every chance I get I have documented where Amazon has been communicating but no answer on my 235 dollars y'all have yall product and I want my money it's been almost a month and a half and i still haven't received my money

    Bought a flamaker rocker recliner with heat and vibrating. After 4 weeks the remote got warm and the heat and vibrating quit working. Contacted Amazon who contacted flamaker. No response from flamaker. Just want a replacement remote

    Order two of the rocking swivel recliner. The back and arms of the chair were not delivered.

    I returned the product due to the couch is only 9 inches from the ground. The company said they would issue the refund as soon as they received the product. According to *** Tracking; they received the product 3 days ago and still no refund. I've called Amazon many times and they said Flamaker will issue the refund I am still waiting for the refund. Do I need to take legal action against Flamaker and/or Amazon to recover the refund and additional damages incured?

    This past Saturday (Sept 9th) I received a couch I ordered from this company. The back couch cushions are not the same as the picture at all. They are still really flat and are not comfortable. Below are photos of what was pictured and what I received.

    I order the recliner chair from Amazon. Amazon get from Flamaker Direct. The only problem when I opened no way to close back, even a man couldn't push it back. In this case I can't get out from the chair. First Amazon wrote them, they answered/- little tight- Unbelievable! Amazon wrote again. After they offered $20.- discount I told to Amazon this is nonsense the $20.- discount will not solve the problem. Amazon wrote them again. After they offered me $40.- discount. that was give me anger. Amazon wrote them again, and when I received an answer, I wrote them this chair has to be change, Thet time they offered 1-2 weeks to wait, they will send me the bottom of the chair. I replied OK, but the $40.- is nonsense. I need minimum $100.- I can't take off the bottom of the chair and I can't put it back. When I received the chair delivery I had to call and pay for the assemble. I am 76 years old I am alone I am a widow. They refused to give me $100.- discount. Since they are not answering. I have enough form them. I purchased the chair to use it, not keep looking at. I have spine problem, but when I opened no way to push back. Even I wrote them if the $100.- so much, please send your service man to do the job. The chair is over $400.-Since they ignore to reply. I like the chair the color everything just no way to use the recliner. Please help me with this unfortunate problem. Last week I had problem to close my garage door they asked $105.- just to come plus the labor. $100.-per hour. Today everything is sky high prices. What is the problem with them, $100.- together the job and come here is to much????? Thank you. Gabriella ***
