5 stars***** did an amazing job demolishing an old retaining wall that was falling apart and unsafe. It was holding up the driveway to our new home. He worked against many obstacles ( including torrential rains) to complete the job. We now refer to it as the Great Wall! He was very professional, and always responsive to our concerns. This was no little job and we couldnt be more pleased. The fact that he is also a general Contractor helped us feel more at ease.Review fromBrandon W.

5 starsRiaan designs was an excellent experience from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, detail oriented, and the quality of their work was stellar. Not to mention they have some of the best prices in town. It was almost too good to be true. We kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and when it did (our pipes bursted while our hvac was down) Riaan and his crew came over in the middle of the night to shut off all the water and were nice enough to replace the pipes and drywall for free. That was not a cheap fix and it went a long way in showing how much they empathize and care for their clients.Review fromCherrylion S.

***** built us a beautiful, custom-built home to our exact specifications without hassle or consternation that so many other contractors seem to cause. His attention to detail and need to make everything as close to perfect as can be is amazing and appreciated. Little extra touches, like insulated inside walls (much quieter), tankless water heater (endless hot water!) and heated bathroom floors make such a huge difference. He is also committed, even two years later, to make sure we are still content and happy with everything. You should be lucky to engage him for your home build.Riaans Designs
