      They schedule appointments with no intention of keeping them. They dont help elderly people with broken backs in a timely manner. ****** and fancy board rooms and new shoes seem to be their important items from the looks of their waiting room. I do not recommend this practice.

      Keep all records of payments. I had this service done in June and paid the bill. Now 3 months later they are billing me for more money. I will never use this facility again and I'm in the medical profession and will pass this information along so hopefully no one else will be a victim to their excessive billing.

      This place seems to have a bad billing practice going and needs to be investigated and stopped. I visited Wellstar 2 times this year, Quantum Radiology did my tests. I received 1 bill with the 2 services they provided, I set up auto pay to cover what was on the bill, recently I realized they were still charging my account even though the bill is paid off. I called to find out what's going on and why I and still being charged and the balance has been covered. They came up with some figure out of thin air on both bills and said that's what I owe. The final statement they sent does not show the amount they are quoting me anywhere and when I asked why that figure isn't showing up, the agent sighed heavily as if she couldn't be bothered and asked if I wanted a manager. I said ok, she came on and said the same thing as the other agent, I stated what they are saying does not make any sense, why not send a bill for what I actually owe. The last bill I received shows I still owed the same amount despite the fact that I had auto pay set up, paid off both balances and they just keep taking out my money. Do not set up auto pay as you have to call to cancel and if you pay the balance they will continue to charge you and this is not good. I need to be refunded for the extra that was charged and there is no one to turn to. Also, why does a big hospital like Wellstar uses a company that is not BBB accredited and has an F rating.
