    ******** customer service. They make up lies about other businesses because they are broke and washed up. They know nothing about how to run a business. Make sure toy have insurance when using these clowns. Because they cant pay their bills. Broke asf

    This was my 5th time using this company. The Technicah, ****, and his assistant provided exceptional customer service. **** explained thoroughly the steps to be taken in order to reset my brand new Kohler toilet that was installed incorrectly by someone else. This company has not disappointed me yet. If you want your plumbing job done correctly...call Garrett Mechanical.Thanks again **** for a job well done!

    These guys came early. I was impressed. They were professional. Very nice, and friendly. They even help me with pricing. I recommend them. Very nice people.

    Will always use Garrett Mechanical. They are very reliable and honest. I think they just started this BBB account, so if you find them on here and don't know if you should go with them, they have a 5 star rating on ******* Shoutout to ** and **** for helping me with the maintenance plan and ******* for being so kind on the phone!
