    On 9/16/2022, JMR home services sent an estimate for power washing my home and fixing the Soffit repair on the back right corner of the house. The estimate was for $730.00. Estimate Invoice # *****-1318. It was submitted by **************************** the general manager. We accepted the estimate and JMR scheduled the work to be performed on 9/16/2022, However there was a mix up in scheduling so the work was rescheduled for 9/24/2022. On that date Mr. ************************* came to perform the agreed upon work, i.e. fixing the Soffit repair and power washing the house. ********************, commenced fixing the Soffit and power washing the house. At around 8 pm. ******************** said that he had completed the job. As I went out to inspect his work, I noticed that he had not washed the top left hand side of the house and also the top of the white scroll entryway had black dirt spots remaining. ******************** said that he will wash the top left side of the house and rewash the white scroll entryway again. He didn't rewash the entryway, but he did do the top left side of the house. I pointed it out to ********************, and every shingle was intact. After ******************** completed that area of the power washing, I noticed that the shingles were broken. I asked ******************** what happened to the shingles? He said that he just power washed the area. I said that the shingles werent broken before you power washed that area. He said something to the effect that the shingles are old. On 9/26/2022, I called the office and spoke with someone, whose name sounded like, **************, who was answering the phones, but had no authority to resolve anything. He took my complaint and said that he will relay the complaint to a *********************************** and that it is he who will contact me about my complaints. After being contacted by **********************, he asked me to send pictures of the area, which we did, we have not heard anything from JMR Home Services since.
