  Ill start with the positive of the company. The deck they built for us seems structurally sound and was done in a great timeline. Those expectations were discussed with us. We originally started wanting to preserve some of the original deck but the builders noticed some red flags when it came to structural integrity. We converted to a full deck rebuild and removed the original pergola In favor of a roof. Now, this company doesnt do roofs so they contracted with another company to complete it. These were some unforeseen changes and the company was great at keeping the timeline intact.Now, with the things that didnt go right. Expectations regarding the roof were not discussed with us in terms of aesthetics. At the end of the project, I went through and saw nails sticking out all throughout the roof (as shown in pictures). I tried to communicate with the owner that I was not happy with this at all and requested he do a walk through so he could give us his advice. I wasnt told paneling would be extra or that or that it wouldnt be completed with the project. The owner accused me of holding money from them because I asked them to do a walkthrough with us. I feel like this is a standard request to make and any other reputable company would have been fine with it to make sure their customer was satisfied. They sent an associate instead who said to me he brought up the paneling work to his boss and that the nails were an issue but I never got resolution. I always intended on paying them when the job was complete, just wanted the owner to close the loop on the project. Im not satisfied with the roof at all.Additionally, sealing and staining expectations were not discussed with us in terms of cost at all. At the end, my husband and I had no idea it would be extra until I clarified.Finally, the builders came out to do a cleaning of the property but I found so many nails pictured after the job was completed.

  Recently got our bathroom done by the team at New Leaf. Hands down the best group of people to work with. ****** answered all of our questions. He was very helpful throughout the process, helping us as much as he could with design ideas. He and his crew were so sweet, and they are hard working. They finished the job earlier than we expected and WE LOVE IT! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to have work done in their home.
