    I received ThePhotoStickOmni as a Christmas gift in 2022. My son assisted me in the original download of videos/pictures to the stick and I was comfortable deleting all of those family and friends videos and photos from my phone. Recently I traveled to ****** for a family vacation and took hundreds of pictures. Upon our return I wanted to download those pictures/videos onto the photo stick. However, when I attempted to download the information the photostick kept giving me a message to insert the photostick when it was inserted. My efforts to reach out for technical assistance was useless and unsuccessful. The chat option responded briefly and then went to radio silence. I subsequently read some of the reviews and learned that numerous other people were having the same problem with no resolution. To add insult to injury when I inserted the photostick into my iPad I found out that only 36 photos from the original 200+ photos/videos were actually still there. Those photos and videos were priceless and are now irreplaceable. It should also be noted that although the product is identified as ThePhotoStickOmni all of their online information leads you to the Picture Keeper website/business. The bottom line is their product does not live up to their claims which to me is deceptive and criminal.

    We're sorry to hear that you are not receiving assistance from, Prairie IT - the makers of  "The Photo Stick."   Unfortunately, we are unable to help you. The product you have, The Photo Stick Omni, is not made or sold by us. All of our products have the Picture Keeper logo on them and are sold on picturekeeper.com,  Photostick.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com and other online sites. We often refer to Picture Keeper as the original photo stick and will run ads that allow us to appear on ****** and other search engines when you are searching for "photo sticks." This is why you may have clicked on a link that took you to one of our websites.

    The Photo Stick Omni is from a knockoff brand "The Photo Stick" and is sold from thephotostick.com. Many customers from The Photo Stick have reached out to us with complaints, thinking we are the same company. Sadly, we will have to redirect you to their website (thephotostick.com) for assistance.
