    It wouldn't let me do a negative star rating.....DO NOT USE THEM. They do not deliver, they do not answer your calls. Worst customer service I have ever received. The service was never very good, and when the service did go out you couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I finally got someone to answer the "MANAGER" ***, I cancelled my service with Rural 4G on December 9th which I have email confirmation from. They still try and run my debit card for their ridiculous $175.00 premium every SINGLE MONTH. I had to pay my bank $35.00 to put a permanent stop payment on them. Highly recommend not using them on any level, not trustworthy!!!

    At first this was a great company with great internet and customer service. Then service started dropping and had to always call to get it fixed then in Dec 2024 it completely went out. They never sent me any emails or anything to let me know what was going on. When I finally did get a hold of someone they send they would send a new modem well this is 2 months later still nothing. They refused to give me a tracking number or send me emails but they didn't hesitate to 180 a month from my checking account in Dec January and February. And won't refund me and I should not have to pay for what I didn't use. I sent the old modem back and still heard nothing. You can't even get a hold of customer service please beware it starts out good for about a year then starts getting bad and then worse

    Service goes out every month. **************** has declined since I have been with this company for over a year. I have been without internet for 9 days. Reported day after service went out. No return calls, left several messages, no one will answer the phone. Service costs >$150 a month, this is unacceptable. I will not recommend and will be searching for a new provider.

    I subscribed in August, 2023. Customer support leaves a lot to be desired via the call center but otherwise I have no complaints about the quality of service. If you have problems, ask to speak to a supervisor and send follow up emails outlining your issues and the steps youve taken. It can be frustrating initially but most customer service is these days and once your complaints reach Rural4G management things get better immediately. At least thats been my personal experience. With respect to service, its either ******* or **** but you cant go to your local ******* or **** and just buy the box. Theyll tell you its not available in your area which is confusing. Rural4G is affiliated with the government broadband program. If you can use your cell phone in your home Rural4G will work. We surf, stream, and run multiple devices simultaneously affordably and without issue. From personal experience I do believe that Rural4G is dedicated to improving overall quality and expanding service in rural areas. Its a process that will take time but shouldnt be taken for granted or compared to inner city internet service providers.

    Internet worked great for 2 weeks. 3 days down and just get the same response that issue is unknown. Told I would receive updates, but I do not. Told someone would return my call, no one does. Reading reviews and complaints, this is obviously the normal service for this company and no improvements or attempts to improve internet reliability or customer service. Appears they make enough money on short term initial subscriptions. Otherwise, how could they even stay in business.

    Customer ordered service on September 2 2023. Customer  contacted us on 9/26/23 at 3:11 PM that service was not working. Advised customer to reboot equipment. Customer stated they would and advised they would call us back if it was still an issue. Customer called us back at 8:52 PM ET and stated that the modem was still not working. Line status showed as "Up". On 9/27/23, customer had used all of their allotted service and that her line was suspended. Management spoke with the customer on 9/28/23 at 5:26 PM and informed them they had exceeded the allotted data for their plan. Customer decided to upgrade the data package and line was unsuspend and confirmed to up and running.

    Horrible! Go to someone else! Have been without service for 4 weeks. They don't care! Their director of operations was supposed to have called me back a week and a half ago and I have called back almost daily to get a hold of him and he's always in a meeting and so are the supervisors.

    Customer purchased a tablet through **********************. She informed us of an issue with her tablet on 8/1/23 at 12:35 PM. She reported that the tablet would not connect to the internet. We submitted a ticket to have the line checked. Spoke to the customer on 8/2/******** AM and 8/3/******* tablet still not working. We reported that it showed that the sim card was not allowing the tablet to connect. Line was checked and reported to be operational. Customer informed us that she was using the tablet to control a home security system. Customer was getting routed to a carrier page on her tablet. 8/9/23 Spoke with customer to check again on status line had been reported to be working and that the customer needed to reboot the tablet. 8/11/23 1:05 PM tablet reported to still not be working correctly. A change was made internally with a vendor that allowed us to send a replacement SIM on 9/7/23.

    My Internet has been out over a month now one could tell me what was going on with it. About after 3 weeks they finally said they are updating there modems and they will send me a new one. ***************** said he overnighted it took over a week to get here. Worked for like 3 or 4 days then stopped hasn't worked in over a week now. They have stop answering my calls customer service and *****************. I have left multiple messages on how to cancel my service and were to send the equipment back to and still no answer. Worst Experience and **************** ever. I HIGHLY DO NO RECOMMEND Rural 4G

    Customer called to report an outage on 7/21/23 7:12 PM we submitted a ticket to have the line reset and informed the customer to reboot the modem. They called back at 7:29 PM to report that they were still unable to connect. This customer had experienced prior outages earlier in the year that had been resolved and credit had been applied at those times for the time that they were down. 7/22/23 5:11PM spoke with the customer again and informed her that we were working to resolve the outage. Spoke to the customer on 7/23/******* AM and conducted additional troubleshooting of their modem. Spoke to the customer again at 4:16 PM with no success. Informed by vendor on July 25, 2023 at 6:55 that the line would be resolved and working within the next few hours. Management spoke with the customer again on 7/26/23 at 3:33 to check on the resolution of the outage. Management communicated again with the vendor and then with the customer on 7/27/23 to resolve the outage. Spoke with the customer again on 7/29/23 at 3:43 PM looking to speak with management but was helping another customer at that time.. Management called the customer back soon after and conducted more troubleshooting. Customer was also informed at this time that we were working to ship them a new modem as part of a larger swap over of modems. This was done to resolve the outage issues that we had been experiencing. Customers new modem was shipped on 8/3/23 and was confirmed to have been received by the customer on 8/7/23. Her modem was confirmed to have been activated and we called and left a voicemail with the customer to reboot the modem and wait for it to boot up before connecting. We called back on 8/8/23 at 8:45 AM and confirmed with the customer that the new modem was working well. Customer called back on 8/16/23 at 5:59 PM to report that the modem was not working. We asked them to reboot it. Spoke with the customer on 8/17/23 at 10:26 AM and confirmed with the customer that the modem line had been suspended as it had hit its data limit. Customer cancelled the account and sent back the equipment.

    We have been out of service for 11 dayscustomer service is a jokeno one will return a call and when im lucky enough to get a customer agent they say they are working on it. Would not recommend their service to anyonetotally unreliable.and very unprofessional. We were out 4 days several months ago and were told wed receive a credit on our bill for the days we were outand that didnt happen either

    We apologize for the connectivity issues.  Since this time, we have improved our line quality and equipment used.  The customer was refunded for the time her service was down.

    My internet has been out for over a week. Every time we call them they say they are running diagnostic. Then tell us they will call back and don't. Would not recommend them.
