    I have maintained a subscription to the online calendar service with this company for many years.However, I have been unable to successfully submit payment for since January of 2023. I have attempted multiple times in multiple ways to reach the company and have received absolutely no response.I keep vital information on this calendar and this has created a huge issue for **** hope someone with the company sees this and reaches out to me to resolve the issue.

    The customer reached out 3 months ago with an issue involving access to the calendar. It was resolved then from our perspective, but notification was blocked because their email bounced back. They did not attempt to access the calendar again (which would have worked) until recently, but this complaint was filed before that attempt. They have confirmed that they have access to the calendar (without further action from us) as indicated in the transcript below:

    "Ohh, I think I know what happened.  The email address associated with my calendar was full and rejecting emails about that time which explains the bounced message that you sent and I never received.
    Once I received the initial error message back in January when trying to pay for the calendar, I didn't try logging in again after the first few weeks of trying to access the account.  I only repeated my attempts to pay for the subscription so I was unaware I was able to access it again until today.
    Thank you for readdressing the issue so promptly.  This is a great relief to us as you can imagine from what I explained earlier.
    I'm also very glad to hear that the calendar is not being discontinued.  I haven't been able to find another that I like nearly as well.
