I am rejecting this response because:

There are lies about threats. This business owner is dishonest. I will be contracting an attorney.

    Business Response

    Date: 11/19/2022

Hi, I'm ***************************, owner of Te Limpio Atlanta, LLC, responding to your letter. I'm using my ****** translate as I can't write or speak English. I hope you can understand everything I write. My partner is the one who is in charge of speaking for me when talking with the client.
I inform you that it is true that we have a contract with this client that has issued the complaint, and we do receive 50% in advance of the project for the purchase of materials. We have never refused to finish her project, which is 70% advanced, and not 5% as she reflects. We are ready to finish the job. We do not owe her 20 thousand dollars as she says, because that was the first part that she arranged for her project. On the contrary, she is the one that owes us 21 thousand dollars, which is the other 50% when the work is finished.
We do not believe that it was necessary for her to issue this complaint, since she has been spoken to many times. My phone company can attest to this as all calls and messages are logged.
She is the one who has not maintained good communication with us from the beginning. She stopped work for a week when she went on vacation with her family, claiming that she wanted to be present because she wanted to choose the colors of the materials and we respect her decision. We have always fulfilled all her wishes. I have even done more things than what is stated in the contract. For example, we lengthened the paver platform, lengthened the retaining wall, lengthened the children's park platform, cleaned the neighbor's line, cut down huge trees, among other details.
It is true that two weeks ago we did not work on her project, and it is due to the fact that 7 pink stone steps are missing, which has cost us a lot to obtain, as well as some red slabs to be able to continue the project. We have been to many supply stores like ****** and Site One which is where we have always bought them, but the order has been delayed and this has already been reported to the customer several times through emails, texts and calls that we have in our power. We also have documented photos, videos, invoices, payroll payments to the 10 employees that we have taken to work on her property. Everything is in order. All.
The two trucks that our company now has broke last week, which we had to take to the workshop and this took several days to fix, and that was reported to her. We have the emails of these communications that we can present them as well, which she never responded to alleging that she has problems with her emails.
Anything can happen in this life. We are not perfect. In these times, whoever does not have a child sick, loses their job, their husband or wife abandons them, a loved one dies and to make matters worse they are expelled from work.
You know what companies are going through right now with the lack of materials, the delay in delivery and even the lack of personnel.
We have always wanted to maintain communication with the client, but she does not show up to look at the work we are doing on her property, even though she lives there and works there. She only claims when we have already left after our workday.
Everything wants us to do it through text messages.
I can spend weeks writing about it since I'm not just any person in this world.
Today we receive many threats through text messages from this client, and even so we are in the greatest willingness to continue doing the work, as long as our client stops threatening us, discriminating against us and there is a good understanding of both parties. From the beginning she has disrespected us, her husband and even her own mother in our presence and we have tolerated her because we think that all our clients are not quite well due to life circumstances.
They only know how to do insults and threats through text messages and emails. We are Hispanics residing in *****************, and that does not give her or anyone else the right to threaten us so much.
We are willing to finish the project, as it is in the contract as long as she stops threatening us.
I await any response, sincerely ********************************
