    I have recently used their laundry machines at a place where I've been staying and I thought because their machines are commercial size that especially the front load washer would have been able to take more laundry than what it did but obviously it didn't since I had to keep paying excessively to wash and dry my clothes. The loss of money happened 11/20-11/21. I have already spoke with a lady named ******* but she said she could not refund if I overloaded the machines, she wasn't any help to me. The bottom line is the machines are large enough that it should have been able to wash and dry everything I had in there but it didn't so I had to split it up and rewash and redry. I am seeking a refund for the money that I lost. The front load washer also did not spin out correctly. It does not say anywhere on the machines that it doesn't accept comforters etc. I am seeking my money back from money that I lost. I would like for someone to actually be in agreement to what I'm asking as I use the laundry machines frequently.
