  This business is completely false. They are a DUI school that is never open. They send you a bill to pay for your class every Friday to make their money but are never there to give you the drug test. They continue to tell me go somewhere else and pay more or go somewhere else and risk my livelihood to take the drug test THEY REQUIRE. I chose this place because they are close to my house. When I need to take THEIR REQUIRED DRUG TEST I assumed I could just run over their but that's not true. THE MATERIAL FACTS ARE they are never available. While on lunch break every time I've made an attempt to take THEIR REQUIRED DRUG TEST I have been told to go to their *******, ** location or some other lab.... Austell is very far from ************.....They don't care that you have a job. They don't care that you have a 1 hour lunch break. They don't care that you don't have a license and can't risk dealing with uber AND waiting at a lab. I know I won't get my money back. But that's the last ***** I can give to these POS's. I'll have to restart my treatment but at least I'll be in decent hands.

  Hello,

  Sorry for the late response, I received this letter yesterday. It is not the companies responsibility to coordinate transportation to our facility. Our office hours are M-F 10am-5pm. We work remotley and have customers come in by appointment. We have an employee that goes to the office a few days during the week for a few hours to sign up students for classes, conduct urine drug screens, etc.. We are not responsible for making sure the student has a ride to the facility. We provided a Driving Permit for the student to drive while he's receiving services through AABACUS. This permit will be submitted to be revoked due to the student dropping out of the class. The classes that this student is in is a weekly class. The students are responsible for paying for their classes every week no late than the day before the class. We send Invoices out as a courtesy and reminder for the students to pay for their class so they are able to attend and meet their requirements. The Urine Drug Screens are random and the student is required to get it done when requested. They have an option of going to our facility or to go to an outside facility(which he's done before). We do not control the price of what other facilities charge. The Student was aware of the *** requirements when he signed up for his course. We have been in business for 26 years and we do not deceive, deceit or steal from Clients. Every service that was paid for by this Student, he received. He does not qualify for a refund.

  I am rejecting this response because:  I never asked for coordination with the ride.  The business is never open.  The people don't go in to work.  You can see that from the pictures....I Have repeatedly tried to take the drug test but they tell me go somewhere else.  As I've already said.  If I had known that MATERIAL FACT I never would have paid for their services.  I would have went somewhere else where they DO COME TO WORK.  

   

  I NEVER dropped out the class.  They stopped sending me the paypal to pay AND ARE LYING ABOUT ME DROPPING OUT.  That is totally false.  They called me Thursday 5/2/2024  from that (770) number and asked me.  I told this lady 4 times I have not dropped out.  These people are straight up lying.  I've also included the picture from unum where the teacher asked me if I'm getting the link,  I said no and no response.... Basically they did not like the ****** review I gave them so they are revoking my permit  This 770 number called me to ask if I dropped.  HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN YOU GET???
