    I went to grease monkey to get an oil change on my car and when they were done my vehicle didnt turn on. The next day when I went up my vehicle was push forward to a parking spot with out me being notified and I was told they was going to see what was wrong. When I went up there the store manger was very rude to me and my daughter when she wen to go get something out the car and told me that he is not gonna fix it cause it is not his problem. The next couple of week I have been calling corporate and they still havent gotten back to me about my vehicle. And while I was waiting my vehicle was towed without me being notified by the company and then say that they have called me when they towed but I didnt get a call.

    When ******************************** arrived at the center with her car, she was having trouble with it cranking. The employees at the center stated that they had to help her get it started to pull it into the bay. She requested that they still do the oil change stating that she hoped it would help. She was told at that point that her catalytic converter was stopped up and she had an oil leak. She was told that the center did not fix those types of issues. It is a quick lube oil change. The car was left in the bay with the understanding she was going to have it towed to a mechanics shop. After several days of it being in the bay, making it unusable by our center it was pushed to a parking space. ******************************** was contact by our customer care representative ************** on 4/10/24. They spoke of the concerns with ********************* car and the fact it was still at the center. She at that point stated that she was planning to have it towed to a mechanic shop to see why it would not crank. The Center Manager tried to contact ***************** 2 times between the date of 4/9/24 and 4/29/24.

    *****************, also spoke to Cara ***** multiple times between these dates. She was informed that the center was not taking responsibility for her car not starting after the oil change due to the condition of the car prior to the oil change. She was informed that she would need to have the car removed from the property.

    The company grease monkey placed the wrong differential fluid into my vehicle causing the differential to malfunction and ultimately break, which caused me to have to pay for repairs. I attempted to resolve the issue with grease monkey, but do to the company not conducting a through investigation, my claim was denied. I would like to be reimbursed for the damaged that was caused by the company grease monkey negligence. Attached is a receipt from the company grease monkey, proving that the wrong differential fluid was placed into my vehicle. also attached are receipts from another automotive shop that repaired the differential fluid, and the right differential fluid is listed.

    Customer came into the store on 6/8/23 stating that differential was damaged as a result of a service he had on 10/9/22 The customer stated that the car was in the shop. The CM was going to look at the car when he stated that he the car fixed and was going to pick it up.I advised the CM to let the customer that per our warranty policy they should have came and/or notified us before the car touched so that we can inspect the car for ourselves..His current mileage is 74K Because the customer had already had the vehicle repaired there was no way for us to accept liability for this, being that we could not inspect it. This is in addition to the miles driven since service. Please refer to the company warranty policy:   *****************************************

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The comps didnt do a thorough investigation of the vehicle. Also the wrong differential fluid was placed In my vehicle, causing damage.
