    Business Response

The customer ordered an air rifle on Amazon from us (Ransony LLC), complained that the air rifle did NOT work after the usage and requested to return the air rifle. Our store on ****** automatically accepted the return request with a return shipping label to the customer, and the customer returned it to us on April 17. We inspected the returned air rifle and found the returned air rifle is a different version and is NOT what we shipped (our air rifle does NOT the *** logo, but the returned air rifle has a *** logo on it). In addition, the returned air rifle was used significantly with many scrapes on the metal parts/components and does NOT work any more (as stated by the customer). With the 2 issues (a materially different item, significantly used and not working any more), per ******'s advice, we refunded zero dollar for this return request on April 18 with all of the images we took and the 2 issues we concluded through the inspection. On May 1, the customer contacted us about the refund, we stated the 2 issues with the images and the inspection result and informed the customer we did refund the return request with zero dollar. On May 1, the customer threatened us to file the lawsuit against us through Arizona Attorney General, to complain to BBB and to file a chargeback through **************** and he did three of them and concluded that "Just remember the consumer always wins" at the end of the communication.

We received the letters from Arizona Attorney General, BBB and ****************, after a second thought, on May 14, we decided to fully refund the money through ****** to the customer for the sake of the time and the energy needed for customer's wrongdoing.

    Regards,
