    The office staff, managers and painters did an excellent job on our project. Different types of paint were discussed, and they matched a previous paint color perfectly. Our entire 4 room condo was finished in one day. A pleasure to work with this team!

    We were long overdue to have our house painted, and we were incredibly pleased with Dixon Painting! From the first phone call and estimate to the final punch out list, these guys are the BEST! Great price, high-touch service, professional, and boy did we love the end result. Cannot recommend this company enough.

    We have used Dixon Painting Company on 4 different occasions. They are prompt and deliver on their promises. ****** is a great consultant, he takes time to explain each step, to the point of advising you that it is possible they might find additional places on the house that they cant see until the painters get started. We were not aware Dixon also installs gutters, at a much lower costs than major companies using better materials.

    I hired Dixon to paint three rooms for a few thousand dollars, and called when their start date was a week away. I was told to read the information we sent to you. I read it. And it said to call them for final prep before their arrival.Hmmm.One form sent to me was a paint consultation form, with a blank space for the name of the Dixon representative performing the consultation. I called again and asked about the consultation. Oh, you want a consultation, I was asked. Yes, I do, I replied. OK, she said, I will have that person call you to set it up. I waited. Three business days passed. It is now one business day prior to the start date for painting.An afternoon phone call from a new (to me) person informed me that I was not entitled to a paint consultation because I was not spending enough money with Dixon. When I asked why two people plus an email referred to a paint consultation suggesting I would receive one, the woman on the phone yelled at me that I needed to do my own paint consultation, and, do you want to have us there on Monday or not? I have customers to take care of and do not have time for this!I told her that I would need some time to process this barrage of yelling at me, and ended the call. I am still shaking.Is there a rating here lower than one star?
