    **************** at the airport location is severely lacking. This business is dishonest and employees have no idea how to operate. I requested my car not to be locked when parking it because the spare can be problematic. Ofc they locked it and now it cannot open to be brought to me. Now everybody is confused as to what to do. The manager ***** is the absolute worse person I have ever met in my life. She speaks over you, takes no responsibility for the actions of the staff, refuses to acknowledge the customers concern and is VERY condescending. When asked for her senior manager flat out refused to give the information. Additionally the unwillingness of the other managers to try to assist after I requested not to speak with her is baffling. After paying for 5 days. I was told I have to call a locksmith as this is a technical issue they are not responsible for. I was not informed where my car was or how I would be able to get to it. Instead ***** continued to speak in a very degrading manner and that I needed to figure out how to open it as they would not.
