I ate at ***** in ********, *******, on 5/14 and parked in the parking deck. I had looked on the internet and it said parking in the garage was free the first three hours. When I parked in the garage there were signs which I followed and put my car license as in the app and typed in one hour and it said $0 for the evening time. So there was nothing to pay. I looked at the website and decided it was free as stated in the website so I went to eat. We stayed approximately 2 hours. This past week I received a $97 bill in the mail. I filed a dispute and was provided the following email response: Thank you for submitting your dispute and information. We have carefully reviewed your dispute. Based on the provided information, you did pay to use the facility, however, you did not pay for the full amount of time you were on the facility. As a result, this notice is valid, and the dispute is denied. Please note when using a parking facility, it is a requirement to follow the rules of use for the property or you are in violation of the terms of use.We do appreciate your efforts to resolve this notice; therefore, we are offering a revised notice amount of $77.00 if paid within 10 days of this letter. If not paid within 10 days, the original notice amount is due.The original notice amount is $97.00. The revised notice amount includes a $20.00 discount. PLEASE PAY THE REVISED NOTICE AMOUNT OF $77.00 WITHIN 10 ******** can pay this revised notice amount online at *********************************************** your notice # and the revised amount will be available to pay. If you have further questions, please call ************.Thank you for your prompt cooperation.Regards,PRRS Parking Dispute Resolution team I called the number listed and told b/c I only entered one hour in the app I had to pay. I explained it was $0 for up to three hours how was it a partial payment? It is not logical. I think this company is running a scam.

On April 26th 2025 I parked at a venue for a private event I was attending. I was directed to a designated area by an attendant and given a parking pass. A month later I received a letter stating that I owe an $85 parking charge and are facing collections if not paid. I couldnt get anyone on the phone and when I emailed and submitted proof of the private event; I was notified that the charges stood. I was about to pay to avoid the negative credit report activity but it hit me that this might be a scam.

On March 1st 2025 we parked our vehicle in a parking garage, at 5:37pm, and paid the parking fee through a website listed at the site. ParkDNA ************************ Garage showed up and I entered my information into the site and paid for the site until 7:37pm. At 7:24pm I extended our parking time until 8:37pm. We left the site at 8:18pm before the spot expired. We have since received several letters stating that we owe an outstanding parking charge and are facing collections if not paid immediately. I tried calling the number listed on the letter but it was a California number that only allowed a voice mail to be left and said there would be a call back. Funny enough, the mailbox was full and could not accept additional messages. This is a total scam and I would like verification that it is so and the parties responsible stopped. Also, please provide any information that can assist with furthering an investigation into this company and these disturbing practices. Is there a governmental agency that can help? Thank you.
