      I was not able to get any help at my apartment complex! I had purchased a Parkeaz permit for my daughters newly purchased car. I used the temporary tag # and when her permanent plate came and we put it on the car the complex claimed they couldnt change it and told me I needed to purchase a new permit. I then emailed Parkeaz and wea contacted by ************** promptly. She said she would love to help me and fixed the problem without me making an additional unnecessary payment. She was Great!!!!!!!! ????????????

      Traveled to ******* on 3/20/23 for a concert @ ***********. *********** said to use the ******* parking deck for parking. There are no alternative parking options. I scanned QR code to pay to park in the Dairies deck, however, the Parkeaz website was down & it was impossible to pay online. I have screenshots of site being down/glitched. There was absolutely no other way to pay. I kept trying to pay once I was in The Eastern with no luck. Two hours later, I came out to find 2 wheels of my car booted. I wanted to challenge the booting at that time, but Empire provides no way to dispute a boot at the time of booting. Only option available was to pay $75 online, at which time a tech would be dispatched to unboot my wheels. I was forced to do this & wait 1 hour in the freezing cold for removal. Sent an email to dispute it but a prerecorded message assured me that there'd be no immediate response. I disputed with EPS via email next day; no one answers phone, they didn't allow voicemails & never responded to emails. No ability to talk to anyone/leave a msg. Parkeaz site had a bug-I couldn't get past the initial screen to enter payment info. I work in tech & design software for a living so I know what I'm doing. No CTA button present to continue to a payment form/new screen. I tested their site since & now a "Select Time" button is present. I have a screenshot of this CTA button missing on 3/20.I emailed Parkeaz to dispute their system being down, w/screenshots as proof. Support person was RUDE via email & refused to help/acknowledge there was a problem w/their software.My complaint is that Parkeaz claims to provide a payment service that was defective on 3/20/23. They refuse to acknowledge this/offer remorse or a solution, which I find unacceptable. It's clear that Parkeaz works w/EPS to unethically bend customers over & steal money.There are no legitimate means to challenge how their site was defective & request a refund for the $75 ************** issues I endured.
