    ******* has been ghosting me since January. I paid him $20,000.00 to pave our driveway. At first, I was impressed at the job that they did, but once the job was complete, thats where the issue began. *** explained to me that, if I had any issues with wear and tear, within reason, he would come back to fix it. I took him at his word. So, January 4, 2024, I reached out to him. I explained what was going on, and he responded that he would take care of it. Over the next few months, I reached out to him several times, and as you would expect, I got the same answer. Well, in April, I simply asked him to quit giving me the runaround, and he assured me that he wasnt. *** was telling me that he was in the hospital and he had a machine down, and he would get to it. Well, its now September 25, 2024, and my driveway still isnt fixed. I called the office yesterday, and the secretary was extremely nice. She said she would get him to contact me, and as expected, no call yet. I just want my driveway fixed as I was told. Also, I have all messages between *** and myself since January.
