    I spoke with a ***** (supervisor) over the phone about bringing in a tool product that was gifted to me. I gave her ALL the details about the product and she specifically looked up the information provided and agree to accept the product if I were to arrive to ******************************** in 15 mins which is about a *********************** Luckily, I was already headed that way with little time. However, I arrive accordingly just to wait on ***** to tell me no. She stated, I need a receipt and that there is plastic still in the box whatever that means. I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of other customers as if I brought stolen merch in. Mind you, we spoke over the phone prior to me arriving and when I get there she stereotypes me. I am a black male, who is a full time student, with a newborn. I work too hard to be accused of any doing. Hopefully, the BBB can look into matter and help this business.
