I contracted with critter control on November 27, 2023 for a Wildlife Control Recurring Program *******. The account # is: *******. On **/**/** I paid $1,088.00 for them to perform some initial work around my home to secure it from rodents. They also performed one application by distributing carbon monoxide around the perimeter of my home where there was evidence of gopher activity. They also applied some gopher bait and left two rodent bait boxes. On November 29, 2023, I was billed another $1,089.00 for the remainder of payments due on the Recurring program. For the additional payment I was promised two additional treatments of carbon monoxide for a total of three applications but I have only received one. The last time a technician was at my home for service was at the end of November 2023. I've contacted the company to leave messages but no one has responded. I am requesting a partial refund of $1,089.00 because I was informed today, January 12, **** by the sales person who initially inspected my home that the company has closed down operations for business in the ******************* where I live. I have paid for partial services that have not been rendered or performed.

On Sept. 4th, Critter Control was called to trap a possum and seal the exterior opening. The "salesman" did not bring any traps but lied to me about mice droppings and coerced me into a year-long program...which was resolved the next day with ***************** (************** manager). I gave $229.00 to initiate said program and have not received a refund. I left a message for ************** on Sept. 13th which I hysterically informed him that their delay in handling this possum has resulted in my having a flea-infested house. As a senior citizen, I am left to remedy this situation on my own which has caused me undue stress. They did finally set traps (10th?) but removed them before the possum was caught. I have spoken to several people who have had the same flim-flam sales approach with this company who seem to be targeting seniors....NOT acceptable!
