      On 4/2/25, TruTech installed bird spikes on 3 posts on my front porch at a cost of over $500. This was to prevent birds from building nests on top of the posts as had been done previously. On 6/2/25, I discovered a nest built on top of the spikes on 1 of the posts. Obviously they did not properly install the spikes or put in enough spikes on that post. After sending texts and leaving voice mail messages for the sales representative which were never responded to, I call TruTech and was told that the installation was a one-time service and there was no warranty. I was told they would come out at an additional cost to fix the problem. I declined this since I did not want to pay more for a service which was not done properly. Also, the techs were only at my house for this job for 20 minutes. I request a price adjustment and would certainly not recommend TruTech to anyone.

The District Manager contacted Ms. ******* to discuss her pest control concerns and the lack of communication on our part.  Unfortunately, Ms. ******* has decided to correct the problem on her own and the manager agreed to process a money back guarantee of $522.75. In the future if Ms. ******** ever has a need, we are hopeful she will give us another chance to prove our commitment to providing exceptional pest control services.       We were under a monthly contract with TruTech for armadillo removal services. We called repeatedly to have an armadillo removed and never heard back from TruTech. I also called ***** **** (who sold us the service) and did not receive a return call. Each time I was told the matter was being escalated and someone would call back. We were forced to hire another company (pay a premium to start new service) to remove the armadillos. We then sent a cancellation for the service on February 13th. I received a confirmation email from ***** ****** that the service was cancelled but we continue to receive invoices. Additionally, they quadruple billed us in November, credited back 2 months/1/2 when i called but that left an additional payment on their books which should have been applied to November and December yet I cannot receive confirmation from TruTech/***** ****** that they correctly applied the overcharge. Lastly, on March 16th a "blanket email" was apparently sent out to 163 customers from **********************/***** ****** breaching confidentiality as we then received a mass email response from one of the other customers. In summary, they did not honor the contract we had, never responded, over billed, continue to bill for a closed account and breached security by releasing our email to their customers. I would like confirmation that the account is cleared up, closed and reimbursement since they did not honor the contract and we paid another provider to remove the armadillos. The breach should be reported and no one should recommend this company. They clearly have service issues going on since November that they cannot resolve. I have all of this documented as I sent all of the correspondence via *** requiring a signature since I could not get a satisfactory response to my emails.

      The District Manager contacted Ms. ********* to discuss her concerns and clarify the charges in November.  The manager also processed a service credit request for the current balance of $84 and providing a refund of $168 for the issues she has had with billing and the service issue in early February.       Contacted TruTech on 12/20 and ******* ****** visited our business to assess wildlife trapping and removal needs. He followed up with a ******** contract and we agreed that he would set traps for 5 days, beginning 12/23. On 12/23, he required payment by phone before coming to our business to set traps. We paid $707.While we got text alerts that they were setting traps, we have no evidence of having done so and have received no follow-up, despite multiple calls to TruTech and calls and texts to ******* *************). At this point, we don't know if traps were actually set, if any wildlife was trapped and if any animals (live or dead) were removed from our crawl space. Even if the project was completed as outlined, we haven't sealed the space and new creatures could be in the crawl space.

      I signed a contract for and paid $143.00. The following month without authorization they billed me for $991.10. I have written confirmation that my contract was cancelled and there is no reason for them to bill me. I want that money credited to my account.
