    On 09/25/2023, Vehicle came into shop for overheating was only reason. Well, I got a call that I needed a radiator. Then after they put in radiator, they told me I need a condenser. Never had issues with my AC but apparently they seen a leak, after replacing the radiator. They also recommended me to replacing the thermostat because they replaced the radiator and stated there was no way to test if my thermostat was bad. So I agreed to get it replaced. After all their recommendations, I end up paying $1769.00. So they call and tell me my vehicle was ready. Well I picks up my vehicle to find out my service engine light was on. They told me that light meant something was wrong with the engine. Now they did a full diagnostic when I first brought the car in. Only one code populated and it was related to the radiator. They couldnt tell me why I had a new code neither did they call or informed me of this new code before picking up my vehicle. Asked to speak to manager, it never happened.

    My daughter purchased a groupon worth of of $59 for tire alignment with All 4 Tires. They informed her that she must pay $40 to check if an alignment can be done on her car. Following the precheck, she was presented with a quote of $1097 worth of repairs being informed no alignment can be done before these issues are taken care of. We took her car to a car mechanic our family uses for repairs, and he found nothing wrong with the car. More than that where they claimed her brakes had been completely worn out and other parts required immediate replacement he found everything was at least at 50%, some parts have even been recently replaced. There were two minor issues he stated we did not need to take care of and they certainly did not prevent alignment being done.Next, we took the car to the ***** Tires near our house, where they checked the car without charge, found nothing wrong and completed alignment.The issue is, my daughter is a 20 years old student, who is learning to handle her affairs independently and pay for them with the money she earns herself. Should she go there with her father, who knows cars, nothing like that would have happened. Since then, I spoke with the All 4 Tires, and got no resolution. The manager never called me back. I seek $40 refund into my daughter's account, since she paid for the service she did not receive.
