    I haven lived in this apartment complex not even a month its so much wrong with this apartment mildews and carpet water leaks everything broken off. Water ran from the ceilings. Ceiling caved in so much going on. I cant even describe it.

    On January 2,2023 my apartment was affect due to a fire above me. The property took two months to replace flooring and wall paint. Then, my furnace been down for almost three months. I have complain several times. I have talk to the manager and requested all my issues. She told me 3/9 @ 12:30 pm that she was sending either the Maintenace girl or guy to address my issues. The apartment keep flooding due to the furnace not working. I went with my tube broke with a hole in it for 9 1/2 months. They always state that someone is on call but nobody responds when you need maintenance.

    A false claim of $3,100 was filed on my credit. I have showed them all of my Bank statements and payment history showing that I paid rent every month. They told me that this claim was taken care of and removed from my credit months ago because they made a mistake. I just recently found out it was not removed and I cant move anywhere else until it is removed. They will not answer any of my calls or emails. I have gone into the office and showed my proof and they agree with me that I do not owe them anything. Even after this the property manager will not respond to me and I have no where to live. My applications to other apartments will be denied with a claim that large on my credit. We were not informed about the claim until 5 months after we moved and for the past 8 months we cannot get a response from Parkside or the manager. This is a very serious issue and the management at Parkside does not seem to care or even feel the need to respond. We had to pay an extra month of rent bc we did not sign the notice before 60 days. Our lease was 8 months and I have payment history showing that I paid 9 months of rent to Parkside. The lease states that the penalty is one months rent. Which we paid.
