    Scheduled moving company to complete the packing, moving, and off loading of belongings starting 9/9-9/10, and delivery at the end of the week. I placed a deposit and paid an expedited fee. I was contacted by ***** and *******, moving companies that were organizing this job. Driver of Fairway never showed up and the woman from Atlas said ***** is coming. I contacted the billing department to get a refund, and they denied the refund due to cancellation but I did not cancel the service. No one showed up either of the scheduled days.

    This company has not done any business with anyone in the last two years. Please check your records and make sure that you have the right company. We have had this mixup many times in the past. We are not “All American Movers “ When we were in business we were in businesses our name was “All American Load and Unload “ Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: here are the documents I received from this company in June 2024 when I scheduled the move, and then in September when the move was officially scheduled and supposed to take place. This very clearly states the name of the company AND that this was recent (2024). Phone number for this company is listed, as well as their US DOT#4226162 and MS#1634278. This company very clearly is still active and scheduling jobs. Phone number for customer service in which I have talked to multiple people, mainly Mary is (866) 618-9360. I also received an email from the billing department (which I am sure is who responded to this complaint) stating the denial of refund because I cancelled the service but again, that is not the case. Noone showed up.

    We are not All American Movers. We were All American Load and Unload. Our address was 652 Golden Brook ct. Lawrenceville Ga 30043. Please check your records and you will see this mistake has been made multiple times in the past. Thank you Arnold
