      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   After we submitted the complaint, we were contacted by a different employee within the company and we got the repairs and reimbursement done and settled.

      ***** ******* was going on a bigger problem came up. I was educated that during my roof install in 2022, drip edge was not installed. This was paid out by ******** and on my invoice/quote from King Roofing(******* ******). I was also informed this was code. so they were paid for this and it was never done. we have tried repeatedly to contact ******* and his company as they owe us to have the ceiling fixed still and work was not done from original contract as stated. I got a quote for the painting of the ceiling from my own painter. I am fine with a refund now for the cost of the painting and what the drip edge cost was as I don't really want to deal with them any longer. We are going on 3 months now and I feel there is no intent on his part to get this taken care of in the manner it should be and as stated in our contract. it is very unethical business practices and no one should have to deal with this. thank you.

      I would like to clarify the points mentioned in your statement:

       1.Response and Fix Attempts: We did indeed come out to your property multiple times. The first visit did not completely resolve the issue, but during the second visit, the leak was fixed. We have documented proof, including pictures, showing that the ceiling was repaired as promised. During the time you addressed your concern about the roof leak, I was in communication with you throughout the entire process via text or email.
       2.Drip Edge Installation: We have reimbursed you for the cost associated with the drip edge installation. We acknowledge the oversight and have taken steps to address it. Unfortunately, this issue was partly due to the actions of the former *******, who was released from his duties for not completing tasks as instructed. We apologize for this inconvenience and have addressed the matter internally.
        3.Former Employees Actions: Regarding the former *******, it is important to note that he no longer works for King Roofing. He was dismissed from our company because he refused to address the leak repair as he was upset about payment disputes, which had already been settled.

      As of September 4, the painting was complete, and a reimbursement check for the drip edge was provided as a gesture of goodwill and compensation for the inconvenience.

      We regret any inconvenience you have experienced during this process. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure our services meet the highest standards. We stand behind our workmanship and labor warranties.
