  Dealing with Findlay Roofing has been a nightmare! My roof was installed 6/18/2025 and I have several sucken areas. I also included gutters through Findlay contractors and the gutters are hanging on by a thread. Warning: find another company or you most definitely will regret it! Findlay is dishonest and unprofessional! When I expressed my concerns to Devo *********, she was very nonchalant and blamed it on the house structure before even sending someone out to inspect.

  **Findlay Roofing Review**I recently had an exceedingly disappointing experience with Findlay Roofing. Initially, they presented themselves as a very professional company, and I was impressed by the courteous demeanor of the salesperson who explained the options. However, that level of professionalism vanished completely on the day of *************** start, the crew damaged my HVAC ducts during the roof replacement and promptly stated they would not take responsibility for the damage. This was incredibly frustrating, as it indicated a lack of care for my property. Additionally, I noticed that the workers seemed to be subcontracted and not actual employees of the company, as there were language barriers and inconsistencies in communication throughout the process.The quality of the work was far from satisfactory. The roof was left looking unfinished, with shingles sticking up and flapping in the wind, which is alarming after having paid a significant amount of money for the job. To make matters worse, I did not receive the promised walkthrough upon completion of the work. Instead, a project manager visited a week later to assure me the shingles would adhere properly by the summer, which felt like an inadequate response to my concerns.The most concerning aspect for me has been the customer service since the installation. They do not demonstrate any pride in their work or concern for customer satisfaction. I experienced rudeness when raising my concerns about the shoddy work and even faced accusations of dishonesty regarding damage to my handrails, with their workers claiming it was *************** has become clear that any positive reviews for Findlay Roofing may be from people associated with the company. I strongly advise against using Findlay Roofing for your roofing needs. Please think twice before investing your hard-earned money in a company that does not honor its commitments or take pride in its work.

  WARNING! If you have a roof that needs repairs then you should consider alternatives to Findlay Roofing. I had a minor leak and scheduled work with Findlay on a Tuesday, which luckily was a sunny day. For no clear reason, Findlay called me that morning and told me the crew was not able to make it to my house that day, and it therefore had to be rescheduled. The next day after no one showed up I called them and was told that no work crew was able to do the work, even though this was the 2nd day it was scheduled for. They offered to reschedule again, on a day predicted for rain. I told them I did not want roof repairs done on a rainy day, after having already waited weeks for the first appointment. They could have resolved the issue but chose not to; they did not rearrange their work crews nor did they offer any meaningful discount or accommodation. Since I had to wait over a week for the repairs, I went ahead and scheduled one of their competitors.

  I have only met with a sales *** to obtain information about my roof and a price. The company seems very professional. I have recommended the company to my neighbor.

  Findlay Roofing Complaint Cracked and burned structural support pillars by the lightning strike were left as found and covered with new shingles! Evidence photos provided. Please read this before you Ever think about trusting Findlay Roofing to your home roof repairs!!!!!I had storm damage to my roof on Jan 12th, 2023. My home insurance determined the whole roof to be replaced. I contacted several Cos and decided Findlay Roofing though they had enough negative reviews. (I learned to never ignore negative reviews). This was the first time I had storm damage causing full roof replacement since purchase date of 3/2003. A new roof was installed. I paid 60% upfront and was on payment plan for the remainder. Nearly a year later, I needed Xfinity Fiber optic line $ home security installed resulting in the technician going into the roof to disconnect all previous wiring. He discovered two cracked structural roof foundation pillars and asked if I had any recent roof work done. He added that he saw structural pillars that looked cracked and wet. I went in there to double check, and I was in shock. The cracked and burned wood from the lightning strike was not replaced at all but literally left as found and covered with new shingles. The rest is history. I informed them and I suspended the 10% remaining balance. I informed them and sent emails attaching the photos back in Sept 29/2023. I missed one appointment. They stood me up on the next appointment but came while I was out of the country. No resolution yet and no sense of urgency. You can guess my next move. Please dont end up like me. I am partially to blame for trusting them wholeheartedly and not double checking their work through third party inspector which is a must, they outsource their work with no quality inspectors. They in there for the money and have no passion for the job. Beware!*******, ** resident.

  Great work. Price high but it was lower than other company we consulted . Cleaned our area well when finished! Would recommend. 4 stars bc of price. Seniors need discounts! ???????

  We called Findlay Roofing to come out and provide us with a free inspection of our roof. We needed to have a new roof installed and Findlay assisted us in every step of the process. They came out and showed us pictures of the damage and then immediately provided us with an estimate for a new roof. They made this entire process much easier for our family. They kept every appointment they made and delivered on every thing they promised. The dumpster arrived the day before and the next day the crew arrived early in the morning and our roof was completed before that same afternoon. The crew that came out were some of the hardest working people we have ever met. They were respectful around our property and courteous in every way. When they were finished the crew cleaned our property spotlessly. To say we are happy is an understatement. He highly recommend Findlay Roofing to anyone that needs roof work done. They are simply the best around. This has been the best contractor experience we have ever had and weve had a lot. We believe Findlay will do the same for you and we hope that you will be fortunate enough to get the same work crew that came out for us. They were outstanding. We appreciate Findlay for helping us make this process easier and the great job they did for us in every aspect of the process. We could not be happier. *****************************

  Findlay Roofing on ******************************* in ********* installed our new roof in July 2012. Initially all was well and it seemed like they did a good job. ******************* was their rep and ******************* was the regional manager. This was not an insurance job. We paid out of our own pocket. We got "lifetime" shingles, which we paid a premium for, and which came with a 10 year "workmanship" warranty. In addition, we also paid an additional $275 for the extended warranty to be doubly safe and secure in this expensive purchase. In January 2023 we had a roof leak which made water streak down our living room wall. I pulled out our original paperwork with our warranty information and immediately called *******************. I left several messages for him over several days but never got any response. In frustration I called another number listed for Findlay and ended up talking with someone in their ************** who told me that each location was individually owned and operated and that basically he couldn't help me. We ended up finding another contractor to fix the leak. Because of this experience I would never recommend Findlay roofing. They did not stand behind their warranty and would not return calls and were not there for us when we needed them most. If anyone from Findlay is reading this and is willing to reimburse us for the cost of the leak repair then I would be willing to change my review to positive.

  Supposedly repaired a roof problem 8-2019. Had a heavy rain 9-2022 and bad leak in an area supposedly fixed by Findlay Roofing. Heavy damage to my walk-in closet occurred. Emailed company and owner actually emailed back and basically said they werent responsible. Had an inspector look at the roof and said they didnt apply sealant to the area they fixed and it had been leaking a good while. Beware of using this company, they claim to follow the golden rule in their advertising, but they dont.
