    I have to admit that I was very cautious when Brayan and ***** first approached us about repairing our roof due to hail damage. I had heard that from several other roofers, but thought that all of these guys were scammers. Once they showed me where the hail damage was and showed even more issues via drone pictures, I decided to move forward. They were able to get my homeowner's insurance to pay for the new roof, which saved us a lot of money. My roof has 6 different peaks and has a pretty steep slope. It is not an easy roof to repair. As is often the case, once the old shingles were removed more issues were found. Their team just fixed everything - with no negotiations or complaints. The new roof is even more beautiful because of the added ridge vents, the shortened vents in the back that no longer show from the front of the house, and the drip edge added to the edges of the roof. The removal of six box vents from the back of the house made that roof line very clean with no chance of leaks. We also replaced old skylights and repaired the roof in the garage after the recent hurricane. They did everything they said they would do and more. The staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend using this company for roofing, repairs, siding, and painting.

    I am thoroughly impressed and appreciative of the fantastic service that DIR provided me! My representative, Roberto, was especially supportive when explaining every detail of my estimate and what to expect of the entire process; additionally, literally showing me the pictures of the damaged roof taken with his drone. I did not feel that he was just trying to make a sale. His apparent knowledge gave me the confidence that I chose the right company to replace my 20-year old roof. There was never a time when I reached out to him or his manager, Brayan, without ever receiving a prompt response and action. My roof was removed/installed within 10-11 hours. DIR’s roofing crew arrived first in the morning and completed the installation (including thorough clean-up) before dusk. Within days, another crew member arrived and repaired my interior damage and replaced some new siding to my house. The selection of the color chosen was closely matched to the original (which had been faded due to its age). Overall, my roof, foyer’s ceiling and the siding looks great! I would recommend DIR to all!! Superb customer service goes a long way!! I hope their integrity and service remains as their business grows.

    From start to finish, I really had a great experience. The whole team is hard working and take pride in what they do. They completed the roof and it looks wonderful. I have already recommended Diamond Integrated Restorations to family and friends. No complaints. I am a very satisfied customer. **. Hurricane ****** passed by and there is no issues nor damage.
