  Where do I begin? ***** is AMAZING from start to finish. The entire team worked effortlessly to satisfy us from beginning to end. Apprehensive, at first to let them "start the ball rolling," because we've been turned down many times/insurance *** and I took them up on their promise "we WILL get you a new roof" (it was obviously in need of replacement). They came immediately after inspecting it the 1st time and tarped the roof where the leak was coming from. Asked us to be "patient" because insurance companies...well, they're kinda hard to work with, ask anyone who has tried that...Took nearly 6 mths, several visits, photos, drone pics, etc., but they got the job approved! We were floored. Both roofs were replaced (we have a separate garage) and unbeknownst to us, the garage was actually worse off than our house roof). *****, my main contact was reliable, timely, very respectful showed up when he said he would, keep in total contact with me on his every move he wasn't lying. Coming from Corporate America and knowing how rare it is to have people like ***** and his team actually show up, do the work and do what they said they'd do, (and do it right) is pretty hard to find nowadays. Our roof is beautiful, neighbors stopped by to tell us so...a few neighbors took ******* information and hopefully will be working with him/team soon. I can't say enough about the service, promises kept and the many several times they went above and beyond for us. When I roof was leaking, he even came over and mopped up my attic stairs for me! That's impressive! LOL...without a doubt, I can verify that *** was a great company to work with; the entire team from beginning to end was a delight...from the gals at the office to the other team members we were in touch with. I think our roof may out live us, lol, but if not, any problems, ******* in my telephone address book...a pleasure to work with. Trust me on this one...***** *.

  **** from Emerson Home Services is the best. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He came to my home and identified roof damage, explained the process of making a claim for a new roof, and got me that new roof. In fact, everyone I spoke with from *** has been outstanding.   Emerson Home Services is truly a one of a kind roofing company! After doing my due diligence and research about the company, *** truly found out that they are the roofing company that I will always choose in any circumstance. After completing my research, I have concluded that they have been in business for over 35 years locally in ********,**. They are very knowledgeable, truthful and to the point. My roof inspector that I have came in contact with has stood by me every step of the way. Call Emerson Home Services for your roofing needs!

  These storm chasers showed up and provided pictures of damage to our roof. They said theyd sent a proposal via email which I never received. They then started a string of text message urgibg us to agree to a proposal wed never received. Heres one of the messages:I don't have measurements or know what kind of roof you want. You know how when you get in a car wreck and you bring it to the shop to get it fixed and you pay the $1000 deductible? It's the same concept with a homeowner claim. Doesn't matter if the damage is 5k or 50k, it's still only $1000 to get the work done right. I'll replace your Roof for $30,000 cash or for whatever insurance agrees to replace it for, which is your deductible cost. Does that give you some clarity on how this all legally works?Something is definitely not right with this

  Outstanding customer oriented contractor. Attention to job and details second to none. Integrity, honesty, customer service seem to be core values. Roofing and siding for our 50 year old home was in dire need of attention. Contractors, supervisors and staff a pleasure to work with. Done right the first time. Great job.
