    Window screens were to be replaced and after inspection the current frame was used but new screen is present. Some are warped and bent due to age. The screen will not stay had a prior repair by the company with the same problem again to occur. After inspection of installation this is occurring because new framing was not installed. The screens were to be replaced with the trim the screen sits in not just the screen itself. The *****sf screens was for $56.13 a piece and the 1-9sf screens was $45.58 a piece. There were a total of ***** windows addressed.

    I hired Freddys company for roofing to avoid being taking advantage of by storm chasing claims specialist. I met his crew in a newly built community on my neighborhood, I received a new roof paid and my deductible and never received a receipt for the payment or warranty information for workmanship or product. A crew came out to our property Issues were left still unresolved for the siding job and an electrical concern. I had to get our insurance involved months later after not hearing from ***** and seek legal counsel. Our next encounter with ***** he accused my wife of stealing $7000 and stated he will lien our property, glad we had enough knowledge to know to keep all photos documents, emails and text, We had done our part. Finally got to a bottom number and deductions calculated for what was not done. Although he offered to return to address he is no longer welcomed on our property. We deserve all terms for warranty and a final receipt an acknowledging the total paid.

    I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you have with Freddys Roofing, we assure that when we work with a homeowner, we make sure all work on the property is of satisfactory quality We have offered you a 3 year labor warranty on our work and all the manufacturers warranties on materials. With Gaf you have a 50 year manufacturers defect warranty There was a misunderstanding with the the operation of ******** since  we help clients directly with their insurance and as such charge the prices they estimate. but now everything is resolved with the homeowner.
