I spoke with ********************************* on Friday June 14, 2024 In several phone calls and messages. I stated and provided her ********* in which the reason why she had not received any pay. I explained to her in a email which I have attached to this complaint that if she provides me with the times sheets and her daily log notes on paper and in our EVV system that is the State of Georgia mandated Rule and Regulation to do so that I would be glad to compensate her what would have been owe to her on payroll. ******** stated that she had no proof or any way to send me any ********* that she had completed any task at the clients home and or work location. ******** falsified Doctor's ********* and was clocking in to work but was not at the client home in which is her work location instead she was at home sleep and I called her and she has admitted that she was at home sleep this all matches up with the complaints. Complaints of the client were that ******** was not at her home to help and assist her on many occasions. Our client gave office staff a list of times and dates of these occurrences  and to be trueful ********************* the agency money in return for her false clock ins. On several occasions she would go by the client home clock in and leave in which she had been paid for and had our elderly client afraid to notify the office that she was doing so until the client myself and the state of Georgia case manger for the client had a meeting and discussed ******** behavior. ******** was put on hold and services were as well for the client and at this point we lost this client behind ******** actions. The State of Georgia HFRD mandated a system EVV for these reasons because the homecare aides are known for doing things as such which is ******** Fraud is what she had done here falsely clocked and and was not there at the client residents. I have offered up a solution to fix both parties complaints and ********************************* has stated that she can not verify any *********. This is a business that go by it's paperwork. This case has been rectified in our office after ******** stated that she can not provide our company with any proof of her where abouts.

The proper way for payment is not via cash app and ****************** was notified that her last check was going to be a live check. ****************** was paid for, for all the hours she worked.
