    I have been a customer for several years and usually get the same service each time. Therapist there are great! However, today after my service I was charged extra for massage that I had already paid for without being informed of upcharge by any staff member. I was not offered nor informed of any upcharge when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Therapist asked me if I had requested any upgrades, and I answered no. I do not appreciate any business that adds charges that customer has not been informed of. When I questioned this practice/policy, all I got was "I am sorry" without explanations. Please be cautious of extra charges that you did not ask for. So, sadly I will no longer be a customer of a business with unscrupulous business practices.
