      I have been a member at this location since 2015 and have been very pleased with the services, but on 03/12 I received an email that my April and May appointments had been canceled. I was surprised since I scheduled two months in advance, my Credit Card is fine as I just paid for services here on 03/03/24, so I called and got voice mail so I left a message. I was concerned that no one had called me in advance to explain why they were canceling. I live about an hour away so not a simple matter of just driving up and asking in person. I tried again and left another message the next day, so i reached out to the ****************************************** and they assigned a case number #****** only to advise me they could not help and forwarded my email to the franchise, at this time based on the unprofessional service (not by my Therapist), i asked that my membership be canceled. at this time I am still calling daily, no return calls no emails no explanation. I also understand this location is under new management and that *** factor into some of the issues. At this point i do not owe money do not have any credits to use and simply want written confirmation that my subscription has been canceled. I am sad to leave as i have seen my massage therapist at this location for many years but if this is how they do business, i want to separate myself from them.
