    Got an eye infection from my first and only lash appointment. Reached out and got no response. I had to visit a doctor and get prescription medication. I want a refund from this bitched job!

    i started this school about a year ago. everything went well i passed level one. they informed us wed be able to choose what dates wed like to go in. instead they told us the week of what days theyre having hands on. i cannot ask off in time to go. they then changed management due to issues with the owner. i proceeded to stay after i had been unenrolled. i had to pay to get enrolled once again. afterwards they had made it known theyd have a new location june-july 2022 never heard a think up until about august maybe. ********* came told us about hands on but i started working full time again since i had not heard anything. i informed them i couldnt go and if they had new dates. they said theyll send out an email the following week for the october 2022 dates. since september 19 2022 i have not heard back at all. this is the most unprofessional school i have ever been to. especially since the owner went viral for scamming students.
