Stucco repair to hard coat stucco and the E.I.F.S. stucco systems also known as synthetic stucco. This includes stucco repair for moisture intrusion repairs of the E.I.F.S. and hard coat system. This includes the use of SEALANTS that meets ASTM C-920 standards for stucco. The sealants are installed for a complete perimeter seal around all doors, windows, and other penetrations. This also includes the installation of kick-out flashing known also as diverter flashing. The removal of stucco on high moisture areas; cutting the bottom edge off of stucco for a termite inspection gap, then sealing with fiberglass mesh, basecoat and synthetic finish for E.I.F.S. and a basecoat type of stucco for hard coat
