    I was browsing ****** for tv mounting services and came across a sponsored advertisement for ASAP TV mounting. I filled out my contact information on their website and within minutes I was contacted by a representative by the name ******. I specifically told her what I wanted and she eventually gave me a quote and scheduled my appointment for 12/03/2022. I explained to her that I wanted my TV mounted up over my fireplace with the electrical wires hidden behind/thru the wall professionally and that they would provide a tilt mount for 40$ more. This was the agreement and the final price was just under 300$. Ultimately they did a rushed, unsatisfactory job. They rushed a job that usually takes at least a hour in less than 20 minutes. They did not ask me how I wanted the job done. They did not explain the process of what they were doing while installing the tv. Only after they rushed the install did the briefly state what happened and me the customer could only take their word for it as I had no frame of reference of what to expect. They left and billed me exactly $295.80 via cash app. Once they were gone did I finally have a chance to take a look at how the job was done. The moment I saw it up close is when I realized something was wrong. I asked around from experts from well known brands like ********** for a second opinion and they advised the work that was done was not professional at all. To be specific the wall mount was not installed correctly with only one side being bolted in. The wires were put in the wall but were definitively not hidden as they hang out of the wall hideously. Lastly the security screws on the tilt mount itself were not tightened properly and could have resulted in the tv failing if you tried to adjust the mount. I tried contacting the company multiple times to resolve the issue as spoke to the manager who was the same person who did the job in the first place. He said that they only thing he could do was return to finish the job for extra.

    We did provide services to this individual and his girlfriend and both were present during service and the technician explained everything in detail start to finish. We sent out ******* that have been installing tvs for over ************************************************************************************************************ complaints.The company was then contacted on later date and customers were demanding additional services and did not want to pay for the services they wanted.They were both present during service and inspected everything before payment to our company. We warranty all are work.So what is the problem here? Did ********** physically come out and uninstall our work and you have receipts and paper work to show we are at fault for damages ?
