    Bus #**** did not stop for me (customer) and kept on going at 2:13 pm Friday June 9th. This happened at the **************************************************. I was standing, waiting and waiting at the stop by the Taxi stands, not running to catch it. I called Monday and spoke to ***** at 10:15am. I told him I'll wait 48 hours for someone to call before I place a formal complaint to the **** I've not recicved that call. I would not have even made this complaint but I've incidence where this driver was rude to me and to other customer too. Poor customer service has no place in the hospitality business. **** County DOT deserve to be represented by drivers with good character. I'll also make this complaint to my congressman. Yesterday, this same driver because he was running late, took a shortcut detour from his normal route. Instead of making a right turn to Flat Shaols Rd and Old ****** which would have taking him through ********************* Rd, he went straight to arrive at Six Flags Drive. So, it was hard luck for all the passangers on the ********************* route.

    Our office contacted this individual to gather more information about their complaint.  Once information was collected, our office conducted an investigation into the allegations.  Our office investigated multiple different bus routes and could not find evidence of anything resembling this transpiring.  Furthermore, none of the bus routes mentioned were at or around the specified bus stop at the time mentioned by this individual.

Cobb County DOT (Transit Division) is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
