  • Customer Complaint:
    We have received a pattern of complaints from consumers purchasing travel vouchers for flights and hotels. Consumers alleged they were advised they would receive their itinerary via email. When no emails were received, they would call the phone number they had been provided only to receive a response from the business indicating all confirmations were done by email.

    Complainant indicates they would purchase a $99 voucher and were told there would be small additional fees up to $150 per person. Some consumers report being asked sometimes $700 - $800 more.
    We have received return mail from the address listed in our database for this company. Although we have received an email from the company stating they were aware of the problems and were working to fix them, we continue to receive complaints. In responses received from the company they indicate a 90 day turnaround time. Consumer complaining to our office state they have been waiting way beyond the 90 days waiting period.
