    By far, the worst experience Ive had securing a tree service company. Were slated to arrive at my place of residence *riday, July 26. ********, Point of Contact with the company called in the early afternoon and stated they were running behind and could they come the next day at 12pm. Agreed with this change and when they were not here the next day as promised called ******** to inquire about our agreed upon time. Stated they are running behind again and requested their ETA. Couldnt provide one and alerted ******** that Ive rerouted my schedule twice now to no evail. Horrible customer ********************** and business practices. The * rating already posted is definitely valid and this company should not be in business in *******. Better options are available that provide contracts of the business being agreed upon and rendered which ******** never provided. If a rating lower than 1 was available I would have posted it.
