    In April 2024, I signed a contract with Dry Space Underdeck (DSU) to install an under deck on our home patio costing approximately $11k. The job started and was completed in July 2024. Afterwards, we immediately started seeing problems with the deck and installation. On July 28, 2024, I reached out to the owner via text and told him that our patio speakers were no longer working. He stated that his team did not touch the speakers (which were installed right under the under deck) and that he couldn't help with that, so we had to hire an electrician to fix that. In Sept 2024, I contacted/texted the owner to let him know we were having issues with rain coming through the deck, which defeated the purpose of why we had the under deck installed. I sent him pictures and a video at his request. He told me that if it was raining hard, then the under deck would leak. This is the first time he ever told us that this could happen, or else we wouldn't have had the deck installed. He said he would come out in 2 to 3 weeks, but he never showed up, even after I escalated to him. Now, we are not able to use our patio at all when it rains. (Also, during the original install, the owner pointed out to us that our porch above the under deck had rotted and that they couldn't do the install at all unless it was replaced. We went with his recommended *********, and paid him over $21k to install a new porch. In Dec 2024, the lights around the porch stopped working. The ********* charged us approx $1k to come to our house to tell us that it wasn't his fault. We had to hire another electrician to fix our lights, only to tell us that the wiring on the porch had been cut during the install of the porch. All of this is due to a bad reference from the *** owner.) Regarding the leak, we need to have this fixed immediately so that we can enjoy the thousands of dollars we invested in it. We have a warranty. We will seek legal action if this is not repaired.

    Hello, in regards to your complaint Im sorry we havent been out there to fix your issue yet, as I had mentioned to you I was out of the country for a few months having surgery done but since I have been back Im sorry I did not reach out before, I am willing to come out this Saturday may 3rd in the morning to open the system and fix the problem, let me know if this works thank you.

    I am fine with the owner coming to my home this Saturday to repair the system. I would prefer to close this issue out once they have completed the job or else Im concerned that the work will not be done.
