    If I could rate this company a zero I would. The Owner ****** is a very untruthful person . He was paid to stretch our carpet , deep clean our house and deep clean the carpet. What we ended up with was a smelly carpet , carpet is extremely stink, he left excessive water in carpet, the stretching of the carpet was unfinished. Carpet wasnt sealed back down. Every single markings that was on the carpet prior to the cleaning is still there. Carpet looks the exact same way. The owner did not use a professional machine, he used a machine that anyone could rent from Publix or ************ I spoke with ****** and he said there is nothing he can do. Prior to me getting to my house he lied and told me he got up all the marks on the carpet , but that was far from the truth. He told me all lies over the phone just so he can get pay. When I got to the house I was disgusted with the smell and the way my carpet looked. I had a professional company come to the house to look at ******* work and they were extremely shocked at the job. The same stains ****** said he could get out , this guy was able to get out by just rubbing it with a chemical. When I spoke to ****** he change up his words and began saying he thought he could get the stains out etc, and told me there is nothing he can do for me , refuse to fix the issue. We spent ******* for nothing. ****** left my guest bathroom toilet dirty with dirty murky water. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend him to anyone . He havent return any calls to fix the problem his business is a SCAM!!!!
