      Waste removal USA sent a bigger dumpster. They implied it was a free upgrade. Then called to over charge my wife. She asked to speak to a manager and ******* refused. I heard her ask more then three times. He was using intimidation tactics with malicious intent. When I called the manager ***** (the manager) he made it seem like ******* might have had a bad day. First you don't over charge,second you let us speak to manager. And you don't day something is an upgrade to just make a sale based on a lie.

      ******, as we explained on the numerous calls, we did upgrade your size of dumpster for free. With that said, we also restated that you still had a 1 ton weight capacity that we would cover based on the price you paid. We do not own these landfills, and as such, they charge us for the amount of weight in the dumpster. Based on the price you paid, we were covering you for 1 ton. Unfortunately, you loaded the dumpster with more than that weight, and we were charged for that weight at the landfill. We in turn charged you as this is in our terms and conditions, confirmation emails, receipts, and on our website. We also reached back out to your wife and let her know that although the dumpster size increased, the weight capacity was the same previous to your delivery date. We record all of our calls, and are more than happy to have you listen to the calls where we clearly state what the free upgrade was and the weight tonnage was covered too.

      The upgrade was not beneficial to me but to you. You were not looking after my best interest . You deliver the item I did not order as well as delivering it late. Unprofessional

      We apologize that you do not accept this. You filled the dumpster with more items than could have fit into the **************************************** the dumpster, nor can we not pass the charges we were charged at the landfill as these items were yours that you loaded.
