    This place charged my insurance company thousands of dollars and didn't do most of the work. He replaced my bumper and painted. You can see runs in the paint. I had scratches all along the side of my right side. He only buffed out the scratches but charged my insurance company for painting it. Now my car has little swirls all along the side of it. Then my lift gate had a dent and a scratch. He charged my insurance for a replacement but instead he got the dent out and painted it. And filled in the dents with bondo. One of the things he told me was hemming them up to give my car back was the washer fluid reservoir was a pain to get put in. I got my car back had an alert i had no washer fluid. Bought some windshield washer fluid and pour it in the reservoir and it immediately poured out. Then i had my progressive lady go out there i guess to see why they still had my car this was a little after a month of them having it. She takes one look at my car and ask why hasnt my car went for alignment. From what she told me he said he didnt know it needed one. When I picked up my car it was still missing the taillight. Which was another reason why picking my car up was delayed from a week. Got there he's like "you know about the taillight right?" I'm like no. He said "they sent the wrong one. I ordered a new one and it should be here tomorrow." Two days later he said it was in. Went and got it and it's a used taillight. Most paint and body shops should be able to repair minor damages like mine but instead he charged my insurance company for replacements. This place is a fraud. I confronted the owner clay. He admitted they didn't do the work and asked what I wanted. I said I want a refund to go somewhere else to fix it. He offered me 1700 dollars. There's way more than 1700 worth of damages plus not to mention the ****** job they did will have to be repaired. I have everything on video and plan on taking him to court.
