    We have been with Vector Security for over 2 years and have had nothing but issues with them from day 1. The security system and cameras have never worked properly and when I have called in to Vector and asked for someone to come out they have always been a no call no show. Last year I notified that lady by text that I purchased Vector Security from and let her know the issues that we were having and she wanted me to show her proof by taking snapshots of my phone call history proving that the technician never called me, making me feel like I was lying about the situation.. For the last 2 years we have been troubleshooting the issues and still not fixing the problems and still no one is coming out to help. I called in to Vector Security again on *** 4th and told the lady in the office that we needed someone to come out but the only day that was possible was on Saturday and she stated that Mike said he could do it and would call and text me on Saturday when he was on his way, Again, no call, no text and no show. This really angered us as we are spending 59.99 a month for service and have nothing! I then got onto Vector Security website a posted a review about this whole situation and then today Tuesday *** 9th I get a call from Mike and wanting to come out and look at the devise and I advised him that he was supposed to be there on Saturday and we heard nothing from him that I work 2 jobs every day and my wife works 12 hours a day and we did not know when we would have another day off because we are short staffed. He stated if we had an issue to go ahead and call Corporate so my wife did just that this morning. We have been waiting all day from Vector as all we are wanting now is to cancel this contract with them with no penalties and it seems they are not wanting to help us either.

    It appears that service has been completed since this complaint was filed.  I reviewed the status of the cameras and all are working and checking in.  I also reviewed event history and customer is receiving alerts when cameras are activated.  Customer is held to terms of the agreement.
