    We Purchased a brand new camper in **** 2022. Took the camper camping from **** * *******. Discovered multiple problems and reported it to Camperland. They told us it could still travel and to bring it in upon our return. We have been waiting 6 months for these repairs on a new camper. We are not provided with clear communication, just promises that when the parts come in they will get it fixed. We have had many different stories in regard to completion and not one has resulted in actual completion of repairs. This was a brand new trailer and at this point I would like to return it and exchange it as repair promises keep getting delayed. We were also told by the manufacturer that the parts were sent. Yet, Camper land stated they were waiting for parts. They are now waiting on one more item. This has been six months without our brand new camper.

    We have been under the same strain the rest of the world has been under in getting parts. Without the correct parts, how can we complete repairs? 

    We have been in contact with both the customer and manufacturer throughout the time the unit has been here for service trying to get everything on the same page. In fact, the customer was contacted earlier today to provide an update.

    I am rejecting this response because: The camper has been under repair at the dealership for over six months. I purchased in **** and have not been able to enjoy a new camper that I am making payments on. That is over six months of payments for a product I can not use. At this point, please refund or replace.
