    Our project manager was ****** ******, He promised us he would be at the site from start to finish. The crew showed up at 6:15 left at noon.They didn't have all the inventory, so the lead guy had to call ****** to get extra from ****** .We were contacted by Mr. ****** asking us to look over the job to see if it was acceptable. My reply was isn't that your job .. it was almost dark when I arrived home the first thing I see is the flashing had nails exposed, we have photos of everything. The flashing boot was spray painted while on the roof without asking us.. several other things as well shingles sticking up.We contacted the Owner and his reply was we sabotaged the roof trying to get out of payment.. I said excuse me . Yall made the mistakes please Fix them...he said when we get a job in your area we will ..3 weeks later they send a guy out at 5:30pm still didn't fix the roof . We got payment from our insurance company 2 weeks later , after several calls from Mr. ****** saying he was going to get his lawyers to retrieve his money .. we wasn't holding it . It hadn't come to us yet . When it did we called Mr. ****** to please come pick it up ..I have sent 6 emails asking when our roof is going to be fixed and they all have been ignored. Please help

    Phoenix Roofing Systems is an outstanding company. They installed our roof two weeks ago, and we love it. The time to install was a single day, and the installation crew was careful to protect our gardens--both during installation of the roof and during cleaning the area after the roof was installed.

    Phoenix Roofing did a great job on our medal roof. The crew were hard workers . They never let any grass grow under their feet. Once job was finished they did a wonderful job of cleaning up. The yard and driveway looked exactly the same as when they started the job. We have the best looking roof on BlackBerry Mountain. Definitely deserve a 5 star!

    Phoenix was excellent they arrived about 7:00 in the morning and they had the old roof off and a new roof installed about 3:30 or so. I would recommend them for price and efficiency ..

    This company did an outstanding job on my roof showed up the day they were supposed to took off my old roof put on my new roof and were cleaned up and gone by 2:00 I would highly recommend them to anyone in the need of a roof

    My experience with Phoenix Roofing was very good, came when he said he would, left message before arriving to confirm and took his time explaining what needed to be done and why. Also took pictures so that I could see exactly what he was explaining,and gave me alternatives.
