      We've come here for services several times, and on 10/28/2022, I came in for another routine oil change. Everything went fine, then I left. A week or so later, someone flagged me down while I was driving and told me that the bottom of my cover below the car (the part that protects the bottom of the car) was hanging off. I had no idea until someone told me this. I went and checked, and the person who did the oil change didn't put back the cover properly. So I then went back to the PDQ Auto Repair on 11 November to have them correctly put back on the cover. They couldn't because someone stripped off the screws and they don't have the equipment to put back on. So they zip tied the bottom of my cover to at least keep it secure. They never offered any kind of resolution. I then went to Hyandai and had to order a new cover and bolts because the one on my car has ripped since it wasn't secure. This cost me to purchase $377.00, so they caused that much in damages, and I'm not sure as to how much it will cost to put on by the dealership. I want some type of compensation for the damages that they caused to my car, this shouldn't have happened, and whoever repaired the car should have told us but they didn't, they just allowed us to leave without alerting us of the issue. We want the cost of the parts replaced reimbursed, I will pay for the dealership to put back on.

      Had alignment done 07/26/2022 after completed I drove home and did not notice anything until the next day when I drove to ******** The car was shaking and pulling to the right plus steering was at 11 o'clock which the vehicle did not do before. I called to see if I could bring the vehicle back in and I was told that they are really busy. I waited to the next day to show up at ****hrs . I went to ******* to double check my tire balance and had my rotation done on my brand new tires just encase it was my tires and all was good. I went in at **** and pdq looked at my vehicle and said it was right on the money and take it to a jeep specialist. I also noticed a scratch on my left fender that was not there before I assume that the scratch came from the alignment gear that they put on the tire.
